Things you can do at home to improve your swimming
While standing up, practice circling your arms in a windmill motion. Repeat on each side. Be sure to keep those arms straight and close to your body and head.
Flutter Leg Kicks
Lay on your stomach. Raise up the right leg, then the left as if they are kicking. No bending the knees! Go slowly at first to ensure correct form.
