Sweet Peppers- Are high in vitamin C and have antioxidants called carotenoids that may reduce inflammation, the risk of anemia and protect against chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes
Basil- a great addition to any summer dish. Basil is rich in antioxidant properties and provides almost 25 percent of the vitamin K a woman needs a day.
