Ingredients


  • 3 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • ½ cup melted butter

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup

  • 3/4 cup apples- cubed

  • 1/2 golden raisins

  • 1/4 cup Pecans or Walnuts



Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 13x9 inch pan with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl mix together wet ingredients (eggs, milk, butter, vanilla)

  • Add brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

  • Mix in oats. Then add apples and raisins.

  • Pour mixture into pan.

  • Bake 35-45 minutes. Until golden brown.

  • Cool for about 10 minutes. Serve with milk.
