Turkey Chili Recipe


Ground Turkey- 2 pounds

1 large onion

2 tbsp olive oil

1 green pepper- chopped

14oz of tomato paste

1-2 tbsp brown sugar

1 Large can of Cento San Marzano peeled tomatoes

1 cans kidney beans (15 ounces)

1 can pinto beans

2 cups water or chicken broth

1- 4 ounce can Hatch green chilies

6-10 dashes Frank’s red sauce

2 tbsp cumin

2 tbsp chili powder

2 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper


In large cooking pot over medium heat cook ground turkey.

Add onions and green peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add paste, beans (including water), brown sugar, 2 cups of water, and seasons.

Bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Try over spaghetti Cincinnati style!
