Fruit Salsa

Recipe From The Swim Mom's Flexitarian Cookbook

  • 1 cup apple- chopped

  • 1 cup kiwi- chopped

  • 1 cup mango- chopped

  • 1 cup raspberries- chopped

  • 1 cup strawberries- chopped

  • 1 cup grapes- sliced

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • ¼ cup lime juice

  • ½ cup cran-cherry juice

  • ⅓ cup fresh cilantro- chopped (optional)

  1. Dice your favorite fruit into small pieces, and place into a large bowl.

  2. Combine lime juice and cran-cherry juice and mix with fruit. Let sit for at least 30 minutes before eating.

  3. Serve with tortilla chips or waffle cone chips. Great over something, such as pancakes, or yogurt.
