Dark Chocolate Granola

  • 5 cups rolled oats

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • ½ cup oat flour

  • 2 ounces dark chocolate-finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened dark cocoa powder

  • ⅓ cup brown sugar

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 cup dried cherries- chopped

  • 1 cup banana chips- chopped

  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

In a large bowl combine all of your ingredients except for dried cherries. banana chips and mini chips

Pour onto parchment and spread out evenly.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Be sure to mix with a spatula half way through baking so that granola is evenly cooked.

Cool in the baking pan for about 30-45 minutes. This will allow granola to become crunchy.

Once cool , add dried fruit and mini chips. Store in an airtight container.
